The Author: Dr Sr Elizabeth C S, SJT An eminent leader with rich and diverse experience in administration, Dr Sr Elizabeth C S, SJT has served as the Principal of Jyoti Nivas College Autonomous, a premier woman's institute in Bengaluru, since 2010. Under her dynamic leadership, the college has grown in leaps and bounds in academics and in resources. Dr Sr Elizabeth also has had a distinguished career in academics and research. She was awarded a doctoral degree (PhD) in Psychology in 2003 from Bangalore University. She is a vibrant and enterprising individual, taking keen interest in multiple aspects of her life as a psychologist, a counsellor and an academician. Above all, she is a Sister, friend, confidante and a mentor to staff and students. Her spiritual calling guides her thoughts and actions. She is a recipient of several awards.
