About Author

Janina Gomes is a journalist by career and a spiritual writer who has been contributing to several publications, including The Speaking Tree of the Times of India, the National Catholic Reporter, U.S.A., The New Leader and The Examiner. She has authored six books – two prayer books and an illustrated book called “Biblical Stories for Teenagers” and “Befriending Your Emotions”. Her first book called “A Search for Meaning” was published in 2001. Janina has also experimented with non-formal education for orphans and underprivileged children. This book is a result of her interest in education and her belief that a good education is key to success and social transformation.
